The iconic beauty of the city of Lleida sets the stage for a festival of yoga, conversations, and art. With a diverse practice and live performances, all fostering interpersonal connections and the art of living.

ELEVATE YOUR WELL-BEING: JOIN THE 7-DAY YOGA JOURNEY

Over seven days, yoga practices are spread across various spaces in Lleida. Delve into Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini, guided by international teachers to achieve balance and clarity. Some of the teachers participating in the festival include James Crossley, Olga Oskorbina, Mitch Burnett, or Mireia Coma-Cros.

A 15TH-CENTURY SETTING THAT AWAKENS THE SENSES

The architectural ensemble of La Seu Vella, in the city of Lleida, with its central cathedral and crypts, and the CASTELL DEL REI with a terrace offering 360º views of the magnificent surroundings of Pla de Lleida.

TYG LAB

CONTEMPORARY ART WITH FUNDACIÓ SORIGUÉ

During the TYG Lleida Festival, in collaboration with Fundació Sorigué the work “Burn to Shine” by Swiss artist Ugo Rondinone can be viewed for free with festival admission at the iconic Casa de la Volta in Seu Vella.

A NEW FORMAT FOR SPIRITUALITY

Facing the greatest transformational challenge humanity has ever encountered and the challenges it entails, TYG positions itself as a new format of spirituality. A refuge, a safe space to create, connect, and grow.

MOMENT FOR REFLECTION / TALKS

The festival has scheduled 4 motivational talks that will address everything from the role of yoga in treating cancer and chronic diseases to life transformation from the media dimension to spirituality.

TYG LAB

SPACE TO EXPLORE / LABS

TYG Labs are daring pairing proposals that combine the physical practice of yoga and artistic activities. The two TYG sessions scheduled in Lleida feature a combination of electronic music by Arms & Sleepers + a session guided by master Surinder Singh.

Guided meditation, asana practice, music to tune consciousness, and experimenting with stillness and self-exploration. The TYG Lleida program is designed to promote clarity and connection with oneself.
